I am a qualified Indian Head Massage & Reflexology Therapist located in Southend on Sea.  I believe massage can relieve your daily stresses and improve your sense of well-being.

Please note due to the current Covid situation, I'm unable to offer a visiting service. However, I can still provide treatment in a calm and friendly environment at my home.

Indian Head Massage can be performed over clothes. Various oils can be used including aromatherapy essential oils or the process can be completed dry without.

Reflexology is a very effective form of foot or hand massage, using the reflex points of your feet or hands, which correspond to various organs within the body.

Reiki is originally a Japanese alternative form of medicine called energy healing. There is the energy all around us creating positive mental patterns to help us process life and improve our overall wellbeing.
